Chocolate with almonds and hazelnuts

  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa paste *
  • 3 tablespoons Carob flour
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 20-30 grams of raw almonds
  • 20-20 grams of raw hazelnuts
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of vanilla

Melt water bath coconut, cocoa butter and cocoa paste until it becomes liquid. Turn off the heat, slowly add the flour, stirring a little sugar (optional).

Add nuts, vanilla and cinnamon.

Pour everything into a box as desired and leave in fridge / camera to harden consistency. If the cam, wait at least two hours. Here I could not resist, and therefore the image below almost managed to catch a hard chocolate :)
