Colorful quinoa salad with sour

Many fresh dish of cooked quinoa in the company of slightly sour salad of arugula.


  • 200 g colored quinoa
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 green peppers
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon
  • pinch of salt

for the salad:

  • Contact arugula
  • 200 g black olives
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • balsamic vinegar
  • pinch of salt

Cook the quinoa according to the instruction on the label. Rinse in a sieve dense not to fall grains. Cut vegetables into small pieces. Mix all ingredients in a deep bowl and pour the lemon juice, olive oil and salt to taste.

Wash arugula and remove the stones of olives. Chop Salad and beat cloves garlic. Add a few drops of balsamic vinegar and salt to taste.
