Tofu with mushrooms

Variety of Chinese food - tofu, black mushrooms and white rice.

  • 300 grams of soy tofu brine
  • 100 g black Chinese mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • pinch of pepper
  • 200 g cooked rice
  • pinch of salt

Black fungus can be found dried in some health shops or buy directly from a Chinese restaurant. They can eat on the spot, prepare them everywhere.

Sauté tofu lightly in a few tablespoons of water, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Boil the rice in the meantime in order to stay warm.

Put everything in portions and eat while warm or hot.
