Zucchini with Quinoa

Interesting and slightly sweet combination of raw zucchini and raisins.

  • 100 g colored quinoa
  • 2 courgettes
  • 50 g raisins
  • 100 g dried tomatoes
  • pinch of savory
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Cook the quinoa until "tails" and set aside.

Peel and slice raw zucchini. Cut dried tomatoes, add raisins, herbs and pour a tablespoon of sesame oil. Stir the quinoa. Stir again and optionally add a little salt.
