We know that in Asian cuisine using a variety of soy products because of the high degree of lactose intolerance in the population. - 1 zucchini

- 200 g natural tofu
- water for cooking
- 200ml coconut milk (for cooking)
Chop onion and saute in water solutions spice under the direction of the label. Add the remaining vegetables and finally chopped tofu and stir gently. Leave in the pan to simmer about 10 minutes and can optionally add more spices.
Turn off the heat and carefully pour the coconut milk until the dish is still hot.
You can combine with coleslaw and fresh ginger. Enjoy!
