Spinach with Oyster

An unusual combination of steamed spinach and mushrooms.

  • 1 package frozen spinach (fresh or 200 g)
  • 200 g oyster mushrooms
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 7-8 slices of sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil

Cut the mushrooms and cook with spinach in plant and several tablespoons of oily water. Sprinkle salt and cook until the water evaporates.

Pour into bowls and garnish with dried tomatoes. Eat while warm.
