Salad with almonds and fresh vegetables

Crushed almond paste, which previously stole an idea from somewhere Recipe Magician, where our raw chefs offer an alternative to the classic salad with tuna. Totally raw and vegan of course.

  • 200 g raw almonds (pre-soaked for 8 hours or overnight)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 100 g radish
  • 1/2 head broccoli
  • 100 g black olives
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 stalk spring onions

For pate wash and grind the almonds in a blender along with pepper, olive oil and a little salt. Optional and squeeze the juice of half a lemon.

Wash and chop all other vegetables for salad. Mix in a bowl with the paste and mix well.
