- 1 bunch fresh arugula
- 100 g dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 2 pinches of dried rosemary
- pinch of Himalayan salt
- 2-3 dried chillies
Wash the arugula and mix all ingredients in a jar or deep bowl. Cover and leave at room temperature for 2-3 hours. Arrange on a plate with bread and hummus.
Marinated mixture then refrigerate.
