Arugula and sun-dried tomatoes in a marinade

A significant portion of food at home is not made by us, store-bought or restaurant. However, I do not like special experiments with taste and quality so trust the time-tested products. Favorite restaurant is our place Sun Moon and especially his wonderful organic bread.

This appetizer we enjoyed Csaba bread with olives and classic hummus - made by Sun Moon.

  • 1 bunch fresh arugula
  • 100 g dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 pinches of dried rosemary
  • pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 2-3 dried chillies

Wash the arugula and mix all ingredients in a jar or deep bowl. Cover and leave at room temperature for 2-3 hours. Arrange on a plate with bread and hummus.

Marinated mixture then refrigerate.
