Radicchio and olives

The easiest is to chop dinner salad of fresh vegetables and toast bread. In our tribute is Mediterranean cuisine - olive oil, tomatoes and fresh basil.

  • 1 head radicchio
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 cucumber
  • 100 g baby spinach
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon
  • pinch of salt

In vegetable shops sometimes sold ready mixes leafy green - in this case, spinach and radicchio. Add lettuce and cucumber. Pour the juice of half a lemon, olive oil and a pinch of salt.

Toast bread and spread it with a little olive oil and red tomato slices, olives and basil.
