Fruit puree

Simple and sweet paste, suitable for breakfast on toast.

  • 2 bananas
  • 200 g dried plums
  • 50 g goji berries
  • 2-3 tsp cocoa powder

Plum and Berry Soak for 1-2 hours in water until tender. Mix all ingredients in a shaker jar and grind to a smooth paste. If necessary, add a little water.
