Another fresh platter of fresh leafy and spicy green paste.
- 3 large spoonfuls of savory pies (recipe here )
- 1/2 lettuce
- 1 tomato
- 2-3 cubes of tofu
- 100 g raw cashews
- 100 grams of olive oil crackers
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 celery stalk
Wash the leaves of lettuce and celery. Pour the paste into lettuce. Arrange remove tomato, tofu, cashews and celery. Add lemon slices and crackers.
