Sometimes I play around a bit more in the kitchen, not so much for myself as for the sharing of food. I believe it is not important exactly what you prepare, whether it will be less "harmful" (salty, fried, canned), what is your relationship to the person with whom you share, and to himself.
For some, may seem sissy - is not doing rice hearts every day Sometimes you just have a need to do something different.
- 300 g red rice
- 1/2 package of whole grain rolls
- 200 g oyster mushrooms
- 1 tsp dried spices
- pinch of chili pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 100 g olives
Cook the rice according to the indication on the label and shape it as desired.
Cut the mushrooms and saute in pan with a spoon of olive oil for about 10 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with spices and chili pepper.
Put in a large bowl with olives and bruschetta.
Pour love with a glass of red wine!
