This bittersweet pleasure can replace your morning coffee, or if you are a fan like me, you can just add a few drops of brewed coffee aroma. What you'll need:
- 200 grams of raw sesame seeds
- 150-200 ml filtered water
- 1 tsp molasses from sugar beet
- 1 tsp cocoa beans
Sesame Soak overnight advance. In the morning wash in close strainer and drain old water. Mix with a new filtered water and a blender grind as much time. The idea is that the seeds to burst and get thin liquid. In general taste of a drink will be astringent and slightly bitter, so you can sweeten if desired. I topped with caramel molasses from sugar beets.
