The strange name comes from the authors of this raw beauty - Miro Kaloyan. Congratulations to my boys!
- 200 g raw almonds
- 200 g raisins
- 2-3 tsp copper (or other. sweetener)
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 avocado
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp honey (or more.)
- 1/2 orange peel
- 3 bananas (middle)
- 3 tablespoons coconut (for sprinkling)
- 2 tablespoons crushed raw nuts (for sprinkling)
The nuts are soaked in water overnight. For the bog Wash and drain well. Grind all ingredients in a blender until a homogeneous mixture. Form the crust into a round bowl and arrange on it sliced bananas.
Wash orange peel and grate January. Mix all ingredients in a blender cream. Grind and distribute it as a layer on bananas.
Sprinkle the top with plenty of coconut and crushed nuts if desired (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts).
Cover the bowl with the cake and store in refrigerator. It is coconut oil to tighten the layers to be cut later. Eat with chunks of chilled mandarin.
