Milk Hazelnut

I ♥ hazelnut milk.

Divine drink - so I call for a clear thick taste and flavor of hazelnuts, which I adore.

Nut milks can be prepared at home with a little more patience from different sources - almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews, sunflower and others.

For this purpose it is necessary to soak nuts (preferably raw) prior to 8:00.

  • 200 g raw hazelnuts
  • 1/2 liter filtered water

Wash soaked nuts. Mix them in a blender with water. Close the machine and grind the maximum speed for 4-5 minutes. From left unpeeled hazelnut dark shell, which would then be paid through a strainer.

Strain the mixture well in a large strainer. Take and use a fine milk for direct consumption or drinks.

Do not discard the pulp - with the remainder can prepare desserts, pates and ice cream. Imagination is yours! :)
