Warm vegetable soup with fresh leeks. You can get ready frozen mixed vegetables for soup or to cook them separately. In this case I used the ready mix and will be involved with weights:
- string bean
- 1 vegetable stock
- 1/2 leek.
- 1 bunch of parsley
Cook vegetables in a quart of water according to the package instruction. Add vegetable broth and other seasonings as desired. Finally, once the vegetables soften, add a tablespoon of olive oil.
Cut half an onion and leek fresh parsley retail and eat while warm. Optional garnish with crackers and olive paste.
