Grilled oyster with a green salad and pesto

  • 1 tray (about 200 grams) sponge Kladnitsa
  • olive oil for cooking
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • lettuce or leafy green mix (leaf lettuce, spinach, arugula, etc.)
  • sesame oil
  • for the pesto:
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1-2 sprigs of fresh basil
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • salt to taste

Clean the mushrooms and grilled in a suitable container until tender. Take them away and sprinkle with a little salt, pepper and olive oil.

Clean and green salad tossed with a little sesame oil.

For green pesto wash all products and grind a blender or chopper with a little water and salt to taste.
