Cauliflower Baked with amaranth

Only once bought a cheese and vegetable flavor we came a little strange and hard. Here's what came out almost the entire package:

  • 200 grams of caviar amaranth (recipe here )
  • 2 heads cauliflower
  • 3-4 tablespoons water
  • 100 g cheese plant
  • for the salad:
  • 100 g sprouts Optional
  • 200 g and turnips

Pour the mixture on the bottom of Amaranth wide tray. Top arrange flowers cauliflower and pour a few tablespoons of water. Bake in the oven with foil to choke about 20 minutes.

Remove foil and grate cheese. Cover again for another 10 minutes out of the oven.

Garnish with fresh sprouts and grated turnips and beets. Eat while warm.
