Crunchy Buckwheat on dried tomato and olive paste.
- 300 g buckwheat / Grechko /
- 2 carrots
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon dried herbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
- 6-7 dried tomatoes
- 2 stalks of green onion
- October 10 dried tomatoes
- 2-3 tablespoons Tapenade
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 7-8 grains capers
Soak the buckwheat overnight. Then wash and drain.
Chop onion and morkivi add buckwheat, sesame seeds and spices. Sgorezhete tablespoon oil in a skillet and cook the mixture for a few minutes. Stir constantly until a golden brown tan.
Soak the tomatoes in advance for one hour. Then fill with ready mix, garnish with parsley and capers berry. Serve with Tapenade and eat while warm.
