As I have said many times, I love the simple things and - to cook something tasty and healthy - do not have to spend a long time in the kitchen or over the stove .. Sometimes the most seemingly ordinary products may prepare an original or exotic way. For the broccoli:
- 2-3 large heads raw broccoli
- 1-3 sprigs of cherry tomatoes
- sesame oil to taste
- lemongrass flavor (I had canned)
- salt to taste
More about lemon grass can be read here . For myself personally I came across that tasted like many in combination with broccoli and sesame oil / oil.
All you need to prepare is to boil the broccoli steam until tender enough, but let's stay the most crisp and green in color. Cut the grass, tomatoes and seasoned with oil and salt.
Of course this is just an idea and a full meal can present with fragrant basmati rice, boiled potatoes or why not - whole wheat or gluten-free pasta. The only condition is to keep the most fresh and colorful products.
