May 1st! When that time passes?
For more than half a year has passed since I started the new "old" work. For those who know me - perhaps aware of what is behind the project Soul Kitchen, and how much time passed as a dream of a group of friends and enthusiasts, finally became a reality and everyday life.
And for those who do not know - the small catering soul kitchen team to grow big, colorful, authentic restaurant, very real with bar, fireplace, varied vegan menu and a cozy quiet garden. A lot of time, work and effort invested to achieve this atmosphere, food, and our efforts will continue to be diligent every day. Probably why I have not written here, so today I decided to write a short message with which to welcome spring!
