3 ways to become vegetarians

If you become a vegetarian for health, we'll find that there are a great additional benefit: a delicious and fun way to explore new foods. Vegetarian meal can be as familiar as spaghetti sauce, as comforting as a bowl of rich potato soup, or as exotic as Grilled Polenta with mushrooms.

Most people, whether vegetarians or carnivores typically use a limited range of prescriptions, average family only eight or nine dishes for dinner. You can use a simple method of 3 steps to make nine vegetarian menus that you enjoy and can prepare easily.

Then it is easy to switch to vegetarian options for breakfast and lunch. Try muffins with fruit or cereal. Sandwiches with hummus or white bean paste with lemon and garlic, or anything else of the evening, make a great lunch.

1. First, think of three vegetarian dishes that you already enjoy. Often these are tofu and steamed vegetables or pasta with tomato sauce.

2. Second, think of three recipes you prepare regularly that can be easily adapted to a vegetarian menu. For example, a favorite chili recipe can be made with the same ingredients, just replace the meat with beans or texturized vegetable protein. Enjoy moussaka (using soy protein or website) instead of ground meat, veggie burgers instead of hamburgers, grilled eggplant and roasted red peppers with chicken sandwiches instead. Many soups, stews, can also become vegetarian dishes with some simple changes.

3. Third, check out some vegetarian cookbooks from the library and experiment with recipes for one week in this way until you find three new recipes that are delicious and easy to make. Just like that, with minimal changes in menus, you will have new vegetarian dishes.

    I am proud that I am a vegetarian. I'm not vegan, but it will happen someday.

    There are no stupid questions. :)
    A vegetarian is someone who does not consume flesh (meat) of dead animals.
    Vegan is a person who does not consume any animal products due to exploitation, abuse or death of an animal - dairy, eggs, leather, products tested on animals, circuses, zoos, and other activities related to animal abuse.
