Chocolate!

As much as I repeat, I do not like (more true to say - do not prefer) sweet, sometimes hunger for chocolate taste should be satisfied. Extra chocolate taste! Drink from quinoa cocoa - rich in fiber, which aid in the digestion of vitamins, minerals, iron, calcium and magnesium. Since it does not contain gluten and is suitable for people allergic to gluten. Especially useful for children and pregnant and 1/2 cup quinoa equals the daily dose of protein needed by the child.

Brown maznichka drink right not recommend it for daily consumption :)

  • 100 ml milk quinoa
  • 1/2 tsp cocoa butter
  • 1 tablespoon bean flour
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Just add warm milk and stir everything else as well.
