Chocolate with almonds and hazelnuts
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon cocoa butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa paste *
- 3 tablespoons Carob flour
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 20-30 grams of raw almonds
- 20-20 grams of raw hazelnuts
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of vanilla
Melt water bath coconut, cocoa butter and cocoa paste until it becomes liquid. Turn off the heat, slowly add the flour, stirring a little sugar (optional).
Add nuts, vanilla and cinnamon.
Pour everything into a box as desired and leave in fridge / camera to harden consistency. If the cam, wait at least two hours. Here I could not resist, and therefore the image below almost managed to catch a hard chocolate
