Colorful salad with marinated olives

  • 1 x pack mix of leafy green (sold in some well-stocked fruit-vegetable stores)
  • 1 small Chinese cabbage or lettuce "Iceberg"
  • 2 red peppers (pickled pickled)
  • 100 g green olives in brine (can be prepared and ready to buy with garlic, olive oil, oregano, bay leaf, etc.. Spices)
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • pinch of salt (optional)

Cut cabbage and peppers, leafy green usually ready to eat.

Add the olives, along with all the other products which have been mixed.

Sprinkle with flaxseed and salt and mix everything well. Optionally seasoned with a little olive oil.
