Red pesto

Grease a slice of bread and topped with juicy tomatoes.

  • 1 large head beets
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 4-5 leaves of lettuce
  • 10-12 green olives
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 3-4 olives for decoration

Mix all ingredients in a blender and grind at maximum speed for 2-3 minutes. Optionally, add a few drops of lemon.

You can eat on bread and olives with parsley.

    Beets do not boil it? It is awful hard raw.

    With a little more powerful blender and cut into smaller pieces can be ground for pesto.
