Rich salad in a sesame dressing. For this purpose, soak seed 4-5 hours in advance.
- 1/2 red cabbage
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 2 green peppers
- 1/2 bunch of dill
- pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons sesame
- 1 tsp olive oil
Wash and chop vegetables for a salad. Prepare the dressing separately.
Drain and wash the sesame seeds in a thick filter (not fall). Mix in a blender / chopper with a spoon of olive oil, dill and a pinch of salt. Optionally you can add 1-2 tablespoons of filtered water. Grind until a homogenous sauce.
Pour the dressing and eat with gusto!
