You can prepare this appetizer with fresh or canned beets for a softer taste.
- 1/2 jar of canned sliced beets and
- 200 g raw walnuts
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
- pinch of salt
Soak nuts overnight advance. Then rinse and crush.
Remove the beets from the can pieces and drain. In a deep pot prepare a new marinade of olive oil and a tablespoon of vinegar and a pinch of salt. Add everything and mix gently.
