Beets with mayonnaise

Years ago in places I ate coleslaw and mayonnaise - interesting and "oily" combination. Now, in health stores can be found vegetarian (soy) mayonnaise - on the rare occasion when buying such products, ready dishes familiar from the past.

The picture also present some typical vegetarian products: bulk raisins, dried basil, Himalayan salt, common oat biscuits, organic seeds for sprouting.

  • 2 heads beetroot
  • 1 small red cabbage
  • 100 g soy mayonnaise
  • pinch of salt

Wash and chop cabbage and beets. Mix with mayonnaise and salt.
