We know that sandwiches are not the most useful thing in the world, but why not try a little? With a little imagination and the right products we can make and delicious snack for any time of the day.

  • 3 slices of organic bread without gluten
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 g tofu
  • 50 g olives, optional
