Warm plateau of beans, zucchini and tomatoes.
- bean paste:
- 1 can white beans
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 courgettes
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 tsp olive oil for cooking
- pinch of salt
- 3 tomatoes
Grind the beans with a spoon turmeric in a blender until a fine homogeneous mixture.
Cut the courgettes and heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Sauté the flour and a pinch of salt. You can add a few tablespoons of water if the burning of too quickly.
Cut the tomatoes and bake in oven for 10 minutes.
Put in a large bowl and eat while warm.
