Three-layered cake (cold)

I did not know what to call this sweet piece, because it is something like: I pulled everything out of the cupboard and Shred tray. The idea is to get something like a cake / cake, so after tightening in the refrigerator can be cut into pieces. Here are the necessary products:

substrate:

  • 150 g muesli
  • 3 tablespoons Tahan
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

middle layer:

  • 100 g dates
  • 100 g dried apricots

top / chocolate / layer:

  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon melted cocoa paste
  • 1 tsp Carob flour
  • 1 tablespoon nibs

Combine muesli, tahini and peanut butter and pour the mixture on the bottom of a round tray.

Beat / Crushed dried fruits (apricots, cherries, dates and any other) using a food processor and pour mixture as a middle layer in the pan.

Melt butter in a water bath, cocoa and carob stirring gently for 5-6 minutes. Pour on top and sprinkle with raw cocoa beans.

It is better to leave the cake for a few hours or overnight in refrigerator.
