Tofu with hummus and olives

Delicious platter of olive salad, natural tofu and hummus, sprinkled with plenty of pepper.

  • 100 g hummus (purchased or homemade )
  • 100 grams of tofu brine
  • 50 g dark (black) olives
  • 50 g natural (brown) olives
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • pinch of dried oregano
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3-4 leaves of leafy green (spinach, sorrel, lettuce or other)

Wash the leaves and pour hummus sprinkle it with paprika and olive oil. Cut the tofu into slices and sprinkle paprika.

Olives can be prewashed if too salty. Cut them into slices, chop garlic and pour the olive oil, oregano and salt.

Optionally eat with bread or crackers.
