Raw lemon biscuit

Fast, fresh, sweet treat!

  • 200 g raisins
  • 200 oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/2 lemon rind
  • molasses from sugar beet

Soak the raisins and oatmeal for a few hours in water. Then wash and drain well. Mix all ingredients in a blender without molasses. Grate lemon rind and blend. Shape round slices and sprinkle with molasses. You can cool off for an hour in the refrigerator.
