Sunny tarator
O ne nice, Bulgarian tarator, quite a pub - with lots of garlic and dill
- 300 g raw sunflower seeds
- water, mineral or purified
- 1 cucumber, large
- olive oil, extra virgin
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- bunch of dill
- salt, Himalayan
- handful of raw walnuts
Soak sunflower for 4-5 hours in water and rinse well. Grind in a food processor with about the same amount of clean water until you get hungry mixture.
Prepare all other products tarator Classic - diced cucumber, garlic and dill finely, chopped walnuts. Mix everything well with salt and pour over the top with a jet of crude oil.
