Sunny tarator

O ne nice, Bulgarian tarator, quite a pub - with lots of garlic and dill ;)

  • 300 g raw sunflower seeds
  • water, mineral or purified
  • 1 cucumber, large
  • olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • bunch of dill
  • salt, Himalayan
  • handful of raw walnuts

Soak sunflower for 4-5 hours in water and rinse well. Grind in a food processor with about the same amount of clean water until you get hungry mixture.

Prepare all other products tarator Classic - diced cucumber, garlic and dill finely, chopped walnuts. Mix everything well with salt and pour over the top with a jet of crude oil.
