Soy Beans Salad

For this recipe, it is advisable to get organic raw soybeans. The easiest way is boiled in a pressure cooker.

  • 200 g organic soybeans
  • 2 red peppers
  • 4-5 radishes
  • 2 stalks of green onion
  • pinch of savory

Boil soy to full soft. Roasted peppers and peel. Cut them with radishes. Mix all ingredients and sprinkle with dried savory.
