This interesting light plant, which to me looks like something between lettuce and cabbage goes well with mustard dressing and mustard seeds.
- 1 lettuce "Iceberg"
- 1/2 lemon
- 20 grams raw mustard seeds (pre-soaked overnight)
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- pinch of Himalayan salt
- 2-3 sprigs of parsley
Prepare the dressing by washing and drain seeds, mix everything except the salad in the bowl of a food processor or chopper, add some water as desired and stir for a minute.
Cut the lettuce and wash thoroughly with mustard dressing.
