Puree spinach and sprouts

Several types of purees spreads with sprouts and cherry tomatoes.

  • 200 g fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 4-5 cherry tomatoes
  • 50 to 100 g alfalfa sprouts
  • pesto with green olives
  • humus

In this portion of the olive paste and humus are purchased ready. Wash the spinach and grind a blender with a little salt and extra virgin olive oil.

Put everything in a bowl and add the sprouts and tomatoes.
