Colorful dish of mashed beans and dried tomatoes.
- 1 can white beans
- pinch of pepper
- 2-3 tsp lime juice
- 1 sprig of dill
- 5-6 dried tomatoes
- 4-5 radishes
- 100 grams of broccoli sprouts
- 1 slice of lemon
- 7-8 olives
Wash and drain the beans and grind in a blender with parsley and lemon. Pour in the middle of a plate and sprinkle dill.
Arrange remaining items of your choice and pour lemon juice.
