Green inspiration! Arrange the table with juicy raw broccoli and spinach puree (recipe here ).
- 4 fillets temperature
- 200 g oyster mushrooms
- 2 heads broccoli
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1/2 lemon
Sauté broccoli steamed until soft. Bake pace slightly grilled. Cook the mushrooms in the oven with a little vegetable oil.
Put all ingredients in a large bowl, pour the lemon juice and sprinkle paprika. Chop parsley and sprinkle the chopped mushrooms.
