Plateau with tofu and seitan
- 1 package seitan dark (about 100 grams)
- Natural Tofu 1 package (about 100 grams)
- 100 g sauerkraut
- 1 head celery
- 1 tsp mix of dried herbs (parsley, basil, paprika, salt, etc.).
- 4-5 green olives
- 1 tsp olive oil
Cut the tofu and seitan, and roll in a little olive oil and dried herbs. Bake it on a plate or skarichka.
Cut the cabbage into small pieces, sliced celery round and garnish with a few olives.
Eat while warm.
