- 5-6 apples optional (yellow, green)
- 100 g cashew
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- pinch of cinnamon
- 100 g raisins
- 3 tsp white wine
Wash and clean fruits by removing the inside with seeds. Fill with cashews and raisins. Sprinkle with cocoa and cinnamon. Arrange the apples in a baking dish and pour evenly with white wine.
Bake at medium heat until golden about 15 minutes.
