Rice noodles with Chinese mushrooms

Something colorful, exotic fresh .. : D

  • cooked rice noodles
  • Fresh red peppers
  • fresh green peppers
  • red cabbage
  • marrow
  • dry mushrooms optional
  • white sesame
  • rice oil
  • salt if desired

Cut long strips of peppers, cabbage and zucchini. Soak the mushrooms in advance for at least an hour and drain well. Sauté everything in enough water, add salt and a little oil. Once the vegetables are soft remove excess water and mix it with instant noodles. Mix everything well and sprinkle with plenty of sesame.

Optionally seasoned and with pieces of shredded ginger root.
