Chickpeas and nettle

It is recommended that beans can be cooked in a pressure cooker. Much more quickly, at lower temperature, which among other things also saves electricity.

  • 300 g organic chickpeas
  • 200-300 g fresh nettles
  • 5-6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 sprig of mint (fresh if possible)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • pinch of salt

This proposal is more like a salad than a stew. Optionally you can leave more sauce or can pump water consumption with a fork.

Boil the chickpeas in a pressure cooker until tender altogether. Wash and drain.

Wash the nettles and it only boil in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Braising not.

Separately chop finely mint and cherry tomatoes into quarters. Collect it in a deep dish and pour a tablespoon of sesame oil and a pinch of salt.

It can be consumed hot or cold.
