Enhance classic salad with dried seaweed nori crust.
- 1 lettuce
- 200 g sprouts Optional
- 2-3 tomatoes
- 50 g nori crust (found in organic stores)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Wash and chop vegetables for a salad. Shred algae - they generally dried salty, so you will not need additional salt. Cover them with cold-pressed sesame oil.
