Marinated Chickpea
A proposal for a delicious spicy appetizer or main course.
- 200 g cooked chickpeas bio
- 50 g sprouts (in the case of small organic seeds)
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- pinch of Himalayan salt
- 2 green onions
Chop the onion finely and mix everything in a deep bowl until chickpeas are seasoned better than any other spices.
