Marinated Chickpea

A proposal for a delicious spicy appetizer or main course.

  • 200 g cooked chickpeas bio
  • 50 g sprouts (in the case of small organic seeds)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 2 green onions

Chop the onion finely and mix everything in a deep bowl until chickpeas are seasoned better than any other spices.
