Marinated dried tomatoes
I remember a few years ago tried dried tomatoes, maybe a salad or just watered thoroughly with vegetable oil. I loved it, but the finished jars in the stores I get a little expensive, so sometimes I do at home. Options for spices and flavors are varied.

- package dried tomatoes
- salt
- extra virgin olive oil
- Organic grains of black and white pepper
- sprig of rosemary
Optionally, you can add more garlic, capers, olives and other herbs - basil, savory, marjoram and others. With thyme also gets a wonderful aroma.
Soak the tomatoes in advance to soften slightly. Strain well and hang in a jar with olive oil and spices. The resulting marinade can be stored for several weeks in the refrigerator.
Add sliced tomatoes to salads, pasta, spaghetti, Italian risotto or even thick cream soups. Homework is delicious.
