Mango-Sesame troubled
- 100 grams of raw sesame seeds
- water, mineral or filtered
- 1 ripe mango
- molasses from sugar beet
Sesame soak for several hours in cold water. Then rinse carefully with clean water vortex, approximately the same amount.
Clear mango and grind in a shaker jar with sesame milk. Pour into a tall glass and sweetened with molasses or maple syrup.
