Raspberry dessert
Easy fruit dessert with oat flakes and juicy raspberries.
- 200 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 100 g fine oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons honey (or other sweetener)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Mix all ingredients in a blender and stir for a minute and leave big mixture. Pour into a suitable bowl so that it can be easily removed later. Allow to sit for 2-3 hours or one hour camera.
