My favorite tomato!

I love dried tomatoes! With Maria, without marinade, sandwich, in a salad, in pasta ... it is strange given that there are so many tomatoes in the height of summer, but those dried .. May I round them find a place where you do not :) A beautiful afternoon (or morning) breakfast:

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 g tofu natural
  • 7-8 leaves of spinach
  • 4-5 pieces dried tomatoes
  • 4-5 green olives (pitted)
  • ground flaxseed

Warm bread toaster and brush with olive oil. Arrange spinach on top, tofu, tomatoes and olives. Sprinkle with ground golden flax seeds and a little salt if desired. Bon Appetit!

    Hi Diana! Have a question about dried tomatoes, dried after what is stored for the winter and can be pickled.

    Hello! I buy dried in a carton and plastic packaging, so I do not think there's much difference.
    At home they marinated in olive oil and salt in a jar and leave it in the fridge. So they can sit and months, but I rarely survive even for a few days :)
